Let battle commence. Today sent off a building warrant application with a cheque for £760 (based on an estimated build cost of £75,000) and drawings and calculations for the foundations. Interesting article appeared today on the BBC website, and a fabulous oak-framed strawbale house was featured on Grand Designs.
